Billie stood there a moment rather baffled but when Ana arrived he made his way over to her just as she moved towards him. As she inquired, he then informed her of the reason she was here. "I figured you could take care of the carriage and horse out front while these people take care of Mister Lenoir," nodding towards the direction of the bed as he leaned close towards Ana and being rather soft in volume and tone.
Thrown off a little as Lenoir reacted to Ana's presence. He was mighty curious now about what had transpired between them. Usually nothing like this would bother him, but this did. About to say something more to Ana when he noticed a western style woman enter the scene and then shortly thereafter, another masked man. This place was starting to become crowded. He was starting to make his way to the door as he watched Ana who gawked in disbelief and decided to get involved. Somewhat rolling his eyes, perhaps it wasn't the best for her to dive into this situation. Just her mere presence seemed to be a problem. After Emilie asked everyone to leave, Billie turned to look at his associate, "Ana." Watching her a moment before shaking his head then left the room. Waiting outside for her.

Well this was an interesting little messy situation that she happened upon. Standing there as Billie was beside her for a moment. Noticing a western style woman enter. Ahh, Lu! She smiled over at her for a moment before turning back over to the unfolding scene as the one woman, the brunette in Edwardian attire was mostly involved. Obviously the woman knew Lenoir very well. Narrowing her eyes as she studied the woman and contemplated with a sudden raising of her brows and shock. Good lord! Was the Christine?!? Did she miss something here? She thought that... oh, she was utterly confused! Glancing over at Raoul Edouard then back over to the woman she believed was Christine. They were definitely far different than she ever could have envisioned them! Oh, she was so confused now!
A commotion as Lu bumped into Edouard, the continuing drama that was now unfolding beneath the bed as Lenoir had apparently scurried underneath it. She rolled her eyes and placed her hands upon her hips as Billie mentioned to go outside and take care of the carriage. "Yeah. Yeah. Sure." Nodding but not looking at Billie, her hands upon her hips as she watched Christine Emilie try to coax Erik out so very sweetly and softly.
Now her attention was distracted by a vaguely familiar voice. Turning her head to see who had joined the craziness - she actually did a double take! It was Carriere! Another Phantom! Rather stunned as she gawked at Carriere a moment. This truly was beyond strange and felt like she was in a fun house or some massive joke or something. But she was not laughing. She didn't know what to think of this!
Shaking her head, turning back to look at Christine Emilie and Adina on either side of the bed. Of course, Christine Emilie asked for everyone to leave. Well, almost everyone. Ana shook her head again and sighed. Instead of leaving, she took a couple steps forward and knelt down to lay down upon the floor at the foot of the bed to look underneath the bed. Yes, she dared to do just that! Gazing into the shadows and spotted the figure of a man. "I thought you were the Phantom," she hissed softly at him. "Would he hid under a bed just because he's afraid of someone?!?" Trying to keep her voice down but only enough for him to hear. "Come on! You are better than that!" she hissed.

"ENOUGH!!" Adina shouted, hoping to silence the inane babble going on in the room. That WAS enough! She had had it with everyone coming in to look in on Erik in his current state. "That is enough! Everyone except for Lenior and this woman," She pointed towards Christine Emilie. "Leave! Now! There is nothing to see here, so leave monsieur Lenoir and madam in peace!"
And as for you, monsieur!" The fiery maid bustled over to Carrier, lifting her skirts so she would not trip in her flustered state. Oh, she was mad!! She wanted to keep everyone in line and this new man was the final straw to break her back. "Have you no manners?! This matter is of no concern to yourself or anyone else!"
"Now everyone, go! Go! Get out! Quitter, quitter! [Leave!]" She clapped her hands loudly and began to bustle the intruders back into the hallway, leaving only Christine, Raoul, Erik, and herself in the room before closing the doors. Adina exhaled deeply, feeling proud of herself for finally taking charge as she had done so many years ago! She quickly went over to Christine and curtsied politely. "Oui, madam... Monsieur Lenoir?" She moved to the other side of the bed to try and help him up. "Erik? Please, let us help you up. I'm here, Erik, and so is madam."

Ana came over to the bed and looked under it. She chided him for being afraid. "I'm not afraid," he retorted. "But you, you started all this! Now I've lost the love of my life!" Ana 's voice was soft, but he thought he heard a mean streak in it. Her words were "hissed" at him. It reminded him of his mother... Then thankfuly she went away.
Christine was using a soft and calm voice to try to persuade Erik to come out from under the bed. Emilie's voice charmed Erik and he pushed over a little bit to the end of the bed where he could see her shoes and when she bent down a bit of her face. He pushed his head out and then carefully and slowly got into a kneeling position and looked oveer the edge of the bed. He grinned at Christine and tried to take her hand to help him up, but also just because he wanted to hold it. Adina was there too, being sweet and comforting. He watched as Emilie asked everyone to leave except Adina and her husband. Erik didn't really want Edouard there, but he supposed since Christine was his wife, he should be the chaperone. Especially if there was any underessing to be done. Erik pulled himself up on the bed, with Adina and Christine's help and tried to sit down on the edge of the bed, but found it was easier just to lay down as he had been before.
Adina was helping Christine shoo everyone out of the room and Erik smiled at her gratefully.Erik tried to hide his face with his hands and turned away from the door side of the room to where he thought he couldn't be seen, until all the curious on lookers were gone. He especially didn't want Ana to see him, although it would be a hundred times worse if Destler showed up and a thousand times worse if Teressa showed up. Maybe even worse than that if Erik Lavalais showed up. Then he would have no chance whatsoever with Teressa, even if she agreed to see him again. He sighed and his eyes became a little bit wet. Teresssa, even if she did not see this embarrassing scene first hand, would certainly hear stories. Tomorrow would be a wickedly painful day for Erik...

Laying upon her belly while peering underneath the bed towards the dark shadow figure that most likely was Lenoir, a rather annoyed reaction that was betrayed upon her face at that redhead barking and herding people out of the room. She was pushing her luck right now and didn't care what anyone else thought at the moment other than to at least pester Erik to be more of a man! After she hissed at him, Lenoir hissed back at her and she visibly reacted to what he said by flinching looking more than stunned. Laying there a moment in a controlled shock as whatever had happened now confused her.
Finally she obeyed the redhead young woman who practically had everyone out of the room except her. Getting up and trying to hide the shock that played so heavily upon her mind now. What ever in the hell did he mean? By the time she exited the room, she was equally troubled just as much as she was confused. Needing so much to find something to occupy her thoughts. She saw Billie to walk past him to let him know she was getting to that carriage. Then smiled at Lu as she walked by and touched the western woman's shoulder. Then her eyes fell upon Carriere as she was striding alongside him. She stopped and tried to smile even though it was rather difficult, she held a hand out to introduce herself. "Mister Carriere, I presume?" This was almost too much really. Lenoir and Carriere. Two Phantoms she was most familiar with. Who else was here?!?
She tried so hard to place her attention upon Carriere but the words that Lenoir had hissed back at her bothered her more than she wanted to admit. She could feel the emotion quickly boiling within her. Keeping the turmoil covered was becoming rather difficult. Laying carefully a hand upon Carriere's upper arm for a fleeting, light moment, "Excuse me," as she fought to cover her breaking voice and swiftly moved away from Carriere, making haste down the corridor she came down towards the front main entry way so she could go outside and take care of the the horse and carriage which was neglected in all this craziness.

Billie was already making his way out of the room when Adina was forcing everyone to leave except two people. Outside the doorway of the room, he turned and spotting Ana on the floor for a moment before she got up. His attention moved to Lu and he turned to face the western style woman to at least engage in conversation with her. "I've got a hunch that you like the wild west a lot," he stated as he strode up to Lu.
Billie was distracted for a moment as Ana strode out of the room with distracted purpose and stated while walking passed she was going to take care of the carriage. "Alright," watching her as she walked away before turning back around to focus back upon Lu. "So where you from?" He inquired with that usual deep, smooth-as-whiskey voice.

Lu still stood next to Edouard, even though she had his stolen goods on her. It would look less like she had done anything wrong if she acted nonchalant. She saw Lenoir under the bed now. It was rather funny. She smiled and put her hand across her mouth to stifle a giggle. She wondered what had happened to the man that he had gotten himself so very drunk. Or perhaps he did it all the time. She hoped not, if he were the one who owned the manor, which she rather thought Ana had hinted at during their little ride the other day.
Then the pretty little red-haired woman seemed to take over the situation and she and the dark haired woman asked everyone to leave. Lu shrugged, but stayed a moment to watch her new friend Ana get down on the floor and say something to the masked man under the bed. He yelled something at her that Lu couldn't make out. Ana got up and looked upset. She smiled and touched Lu's shoulder as she left. "Well, Mr de Shag-nee," she mispronounced his name, "Glad to have met you." She smiled. "Very glad." She put her hand on his arm.
Then a tall man with a shock of white hair came over to her, and in hhis smooth deep voice, said that he thought she probably liked the wild west. She supposed it was how she dressed. "Yessir, Mister. I do like the wild west, being from the Territory of Arizona...America that is." She glanced at his clothing..." You ain't from the west? You sure look like it..." There was something about this man she liked. Not like the fellow she had stolen the watch and dagger from just a few minutes ago. There was something about him that didn't sit right with her and she wasn't sure what it was.
She smiled at B illie again. "You must be Ana's friend, that right? Billie somebody. The horse fella. She tole me about you. Seems she has a good ''pinion of you..."

Adina's booming 'enough' made Christine jump just ever so slight, barely visible, as she gawked at the redhead while she yelled at everyone while ushering them out of the room. Truly she was stunned and did not quite expect it. Not that she didn't appreciate the extra urgency to at least give Lenoir some privacy, so to speak, but the grace and civlity of the maid was rather harsh and lacking. Perhaps that's what it took to ensure that things ran smoothly perhaps. Christine was quite unaware of Ana's little insistence on the floor until it was too late when she spotted the strangely dressed woman that Erik reacted to in over exaggeration, get up off the floor and leave the room.
Watching Adina a moment before her attention was drawn back to Lenoir. Her face shifted from stunned to a motherly sort of love. Smiling back at Lenoir and so glad he came from out under the bed. Smiling as he took her hand and helped him slightly upon the bed. Looking around to see everyone gone expect she, Adina and Edouard. Patting Lenoir's shoulder shifting her gaze at Adina, and with a motion - which was most unnecessary since the red-head was already on her way over - to Adina, "could you help me make Monsieur Lenoir more conformable." And leaned a little closer to put herself in Lenoir's line of sight, "Erik?" she was being as gentle as she usually was with Gustave or even with her Husband when he was in this sort of state, too. "We are going to help you out out of your coat and help you get more comfortable," Smiling warmly at her Angel of Music. Oh, poor Lenoir. This pained her to see him like this and yet weighed her soul down with great disappointment. How could he have lowered himself to such a state of unhealthy reasoning? Once again she was frightened around him, but not because of him, instead she was afraid for him! Releasing his hand as she took his arm out of his coat and nodded to Adina, "could you get the other arm, please?" Once it was off and had given it to Adina to put away somewhere, she began to work at Lenoir's vest buttons. This time she would pamper him so to speak since he needed that extra care. Wondering in the back of her mind if Edouard was disliking this and better yet seeing how foolish he looked plus all that she did when her Husband was in this sort of drunken state. After unbuttoning Lenoir's vest, she helped to remove it from his body and handed it off to Adina with a smile and soft sigh before she moved to his tie and removed that with expert fingers. Being Wife for ten years had shifted her in more ways that one. Once the bow tie was undone and from around his neck, followed by removal of the suspenders, she sighed, hesitated but did not look into Lenoir's eyes. It was dark and she never really saw his body that strange night long ago as an unwelcome memory flooded her thoughts nearly making her feel uncomfortable but she stifled that feeling as she began to unbutton Lenoir's shirt, slowly revealing his torso. Christine Emilie was quite focused as though she were undressing her drunken Husband at some point in time. With a somber yet surreal face, not even looking at Raoul Edouard or even at Lenoir, but being a blank faced as possible - even though it was mighty difficult to even belay that rising flush of her cheeks - as she carefully helped Lenoir from his shirt and handed it off the Adina. No doubt Lenoir would feel more comfortable without the trousers but she pondered and decided to at least leave them be. So, she moved gracefully over to the other side of the bed where she gathered the sheets with her fingers and peeled them back, "Bring him over here please?" She stated gently to Adina so they could at least put him into bed properly. For once in his life, if only once in his life, at least Lenoir would be cared for by those who loved him as though he were any normal man. But Lenoir was no normal man, he was extraordinary. So again, for once in his life, she will treat him like a normal man. She leaned forward and kiss him lightly upon his left temple, since she could not lay a kiss upon his forehead due to the mask, "Sleep well, Erik. Good night." She could have so easily stated 'her Angel' or anything else other than his name. But she choose just the simplicity of his name. Again, offering him that little taste of normalcy.

He was apparently unwelcome. Not only was he very much worthy of anyone's acknowledgement -which he didn't care much about anyways- but when someone did, it was in the most untempered manner! What had he done besides speak a few words, trying to light up what ever mood the room seemed to be filled with but then was quickly smothered out by some stranger that he had never seen in his life!
And for her to say that it was not any of his concern, HA! He had every concern. Lenoir was his friend and although they hadn't spoken much recently, when he did happen to cross paths with him he liked to see what was happening with him. Though suppose... by now... he should have been use to people not wanting his presence. Well... it hadn't been so bad since he was at the opera house. That was probably the most tension he had ever had since the opera house besides Christine. And tonight of all nights! What was so special any how? Whatever, whats done is done and now he needed to leave.
He began to strut away at a quickened pace. Suppose he had caused enough damage, even though he didn't believe it was him to have caused the damage and so there was really no need to have been vicious towards him. Erik failed to notice that there was someone beside him till she called to his attention. His eyes had gone from a sort for steely cold frustration and disappointment to a more calm and still slightly disappointed look. "I am." He said. Erik glanced at her when she rested a hand on his shoulder for a moment. He no longer mind. True, he was still bit awkward around people and such but he believed that he was getting better. He then watched as she quickly retreated, probably for some air. He stood in the middle of the hallway, unsure of what to do for the moment.
A part of Erik told him to leave her alone. By the way she moved, it seemed that she needed space from everything and a breather. The other part of him told him to go after him and she needed some sort of comfort. After a moment of thinking, he started to move forward. It was better to be rejected then to miss the opportunity to lend help. Erik hurriedly continued down the hall and to the outside. He had gotten use to the idea of being able to go outside, however, it was a luxury he still would not abuse. He caught her walking towards the stabels... which he had never seen before. He shrugged it off and quickly went after her in a swift and fluid pace. Erik came within a few feet behind her and in a soft and gentle voice he spoke to her. "Mademoiselle, I hope you wont mind my company. Also is there anything I may... assist in?" He asked her. It was strange, it wasn't until he had come to the Manor that he ever wanted to help anyone. Now he was trying to help a person who he didn't even know her name! Things did change.

Edouard watched Emilie minister to Lenoir. He wasn't too jealous, only a little. She was treating him like Gustave. Or like himself when he needed specal help. Lenoir was acting ridiculous. It had been funny earlier, but now Edouard was tiring of it. The fool just wanted more female attention. He was sorry when the young lady from the American west had been shooed out along with the others. He thought she was interesting. And the oddly dressed woman, she had got down on her hands and knees and said something to Lenoir under the bed. Clearly there was something between them and it didn't seem like either of them were happy with each other. Lenoir had shouted drunkenly at her but Edouard couldm't make out what he said.
Edouard was getting sleepy himself. He sat down in a comfortable chair and watched Emilie undress Lenoir. Adina aided her. Adina was an interesting woman. A maid, she wore the clothing of centuries gone by. It was odd, almost odder than the modern woman who had been here. He knew the reason for some of the modern contraptions and the strange clothing...all of them had gone forward in time and were living in a strange modern age.
But what of the maid? He wasn't sure that he liked her either. She was awfully outspoken for a woman of her station. She should be seen and not heard. The noble blood in his veins boiled at the thought of this lowly creature being so bold. But still, he said nothing. If he raised a fuss, it would be longer before he himself could feel the soft coverlet over himself and fall into blissful sleep upon a soft eiderdown pillow. He yawned.
"Is Adina going to stay here with the fool so he won't fall out of bed again, or better yet, out of a window?" Edouard laughed. He just wanted Emilie to leave and if she left, he too could leave. He watched carefully when Emilie removed the braces from Lenoir and removed his shirt. If she removed the Phantom's trousers, he would surely raise a fuss. But she didn't. She covered him, trousers still on. The Phantom wasn't moving. He looked as if he were asleep again.
"So may we leave now, Christine? I'm frightfully tired and I wish to go to bed too. And immediately."

Adina looked over at Raoul and then quickly away from him. She knew that she should not have been so outspoken but it was the only way that she could get things done around the manor, especially when she had been put in charge of overseeing the kitchen and the other workers all those years ago. Then she reflected upon that other masked man- obviously another Phantom- and thought she had been a bit too harsh with him. She had to ask for his forgiveness.
"Excuse me, madam," She said and took a polite bow before leaving the room to go find Carrier and apologize. She quickened her pace as she lifted her skirts slightly to keep from tripping as she searched the halls for that masked man. "Monsieur?" She called out, looking for the gentleman. "Monsieur?" She called again. She wanted desperately to stay with Lenoir and the other woman to make sure Erik was alright, but this came first.

Standing there a moment as she watched Adina and then excuse herself. A bit baffled as to why the girl was in such a rush to leave. She didn't seem so upset about Lenoir's appearance so it must have been something else. Nodding as the redhead departed swiftly and watching her exit the room. With a sigh, she turned to Edouard with a slight, warm smile. There was no doubt in her heart she loved her Husband. Granted she put up with so much but if someone was far too picky and demanding it would not make for a good life. Thus far, she truly could not complain. It had been an interesting one with plenty of ups and downs.
Moving over to Edouard as softly as she could. The silence permeated about the room with just she, Edouard and the resting Lenoir occupying it for the moment. Her fingers corrected Edouard's lapel while looking at it then looked up into his eyes with a warmth and affection, "Go ahead and go to bed. I shall be there as soon as the .. girl... returns," realizing she didn't know Adina's name! This was the first time she'd met the other young woman really. Leaning up to place a light, but lingering kiss upon Edouard's lips. She still had her Love for her Angel of Music, but she had made her choices and clearly that devotion was to Edouard. To have... and to hold... until death do they part. "Don't worry. I shall be fine." Gazing up at Edouard with that little twinkle in her eyes. Things have been hard, and even more stressful since arriving at the Manor, but now it was all settling down and she wanted to continue with the good life that had already been started.
Stepping away from Edouard, granted with slight hesitation to make her way over to the large windows to draw the curtains completely closed over the lighter curtains before she turned out all but one of the lights. Her affections for her Husband having been renewed since she recovered from her disappearance and Gustave being found. The light from that single lamp casting it's gentle soft glow upon her as she stood there next to a chair and smiled at Edouard. There was no doubt in her mind she would spend the night with him tonight. At least, she will when or if Adina would come back.

Emilie told Edouard that he could leave if he wished and that she would leave when Adina came back. Edouard was skeptical. He didn't like leaving Emilie alone with the Phantom, in a bedroom of all things. He moved closer to the bed and looked at the sleeping man. He would probably sleep a long time. Edouard had seen to that. He smirked a bit. Then he said, "Aren't you going to take his mask off? It must be uncomfortable sleeping with it..." He reached over and removed the ceramic mask from Lenoir's face and handed it to Emilie. He took a good look at the Phantom's face in repose. "Good lord, he's uglier than I remember! What evil thing do you suppose he did to make his face this horrible? How did you ever get the courage to kiss him. And perhaps I understand the first time...but again and again? I will never understand that." Edouard was getting himself a bit upset. He wished that Adina would come back so that he would be able to leave with Emilie.
"I shall stay here until the girl returns and then we shall take our leave. I do not trust this monster, no matter what good deeds he may have done of late, that does not erase the damage he has done to our marriage. I will never understand your feelings for him." Edouard sat down again on the comfortable overstuffed chair and drummed his fingers on its arm. He crossed his legs and uncrossed them several times. But then the vast amounts of brandy he had earlier imbibed took hold and he relaxed and closed his eyes, falling asleep as Lenoir had done several times earlier.

After she had turned the lights off, all but one, she watched Edouard a moment then sat down. Her eyes on Lenoir as he slept then moved to watch Edouard as he moved to the bedside. Becoming quite tense with her Husband's close proximity to Lenoir. Fearful that Raoul Edouard will do something to harm her former Angel. Shaking her head in response to removing his mask, "No," she said softly so as not to awaken the sleeping Phantom. But when Edouard reached an arm towards Lenoir, Christine Emilie's eyes widen and watched in horror as her Husband removed the mask, jumping towards her Husband with outstretched hands, "Raoul! Don't!" in a mixed shout and hushed whisper. Not that she was disturbed by Lenoir's face but the indignity of a mask removed while sleeping in such a careless manner by someone who wanted nothing more than to humiliate him, that was what struck Emilie with such a terrific pain. Grabbing Edouard's arm and the mask as he handed it to her. Her face contorted with various levels of frustration and questioning with eyes wide as she glared at her Husband. She couldn't believe he did that! Why? What was the purpose?!? Surely it wasn't for Lenoir's benefit!
Glancing at the mask, at Lenoir then at Edouard, "Raoul!" A harsh hiss with a furrowed brow and glare. How could he continue to be so cruel?!? She had not even seen Lenoir since she was found and recovered from her kidnapping. Trying to keep her voice down so as not to wake Lenoir but also knowing that it's best to not shout around a drunk. "He did nothing wrong," she hissed at Edoaurd, leaning over to an end table to set the mask down then face Edouard again. "He's been deformed since birth! It was nothing of his own doing." She couldn't believe that Edouard was being so malicious. A strange frustrated shock overwhelmed her visage when Raoul Edouard mentioned the courage to kiss him. He continued to further dig another hole to distance himself to his Wife. She had been willing to make amends, to be even more devoted to Edouard than ever before. To be more of the Wife and Mother she should be and less of the Singer. She had been in a mood to be with her Husband tonight but now she wanted nothing more than to distance herself from him. A night of passion with his Wife was completely killed by his lack of respect and insensitivity towards the Angel of Music.
Pursing her lips for once, as that was a rare thing she did. Never had she been so utterly infuriated with Raoul Edouard! She simply stood there with that hard face and glared at him with wide, haunting eyes. "Very well," she said in such a harsh, wry yet hushed tone of voice, still not wanting to wake Lenoir. As she turned partially, catching sight of Lenoir in a brief second before twisting back around to glare at Edouard with the most angry of looks that any woman could display. "Oh, stop it!" A slight bit of silence, "Why must you be so heartless?!?" hissing at her Husband before she twisted away and paced a moment before going to sit down in a chair far from Edouard, and yet close enough to keep them both in her view to ensure that Edouard would do nothing to harm Lenoir or bring about his demise. Her Husband had worked her up and she felt her face hot, even touching her hand, palm then back of the hand, to her cheeks and forehead. Her eyes avoided looking at Raoul Edouard for a little bit and occasionally watched Lenoir sleeping peacefully. Lord knows how he slept through that squabble between her and Raoul Edouard. But then her eyes danced often enough between Edouard and Lenoir. Just as Lenoir was sleeping, so now was Edouard. She sighed and now she was upset once again, but this time upset with both of them!

Adina stopped short of going down the stairs and reflected that perhaps she would see Carrier another time. She should go back and be with Lenoir to make sure he doesn't hurt himself during the night. She inhaled and exhaled deeply before turning back and hurrying to the room, knocking before entering.
"Madam?" She asked, slowly opening the door... Raoul was still there. Damn! She really did not like him! Perhaps he wold leave now that she was back to keep an eye on Lenoir. "Please, forgive me for leaving so suddenly. I wished to ask that other man for pardon but I could not find him. If you wish, I will stay with Len-.... Erik tonight so you and monsieur can get your sleep."
