((Okay. Let's start off with a few rules for this thread, since some people probably didn't get a chance to read the most recent stuff in the planning thread [which I recommend you go read if you haven't here ], we are going to attempt to have this as a YOU MUST POST EVERY SINGLE DAY IN THIS THREAD AT LEAST ONE TIME, AND TRY TO KEEP POSTS AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE SO THIS THREAD CAN GO QUICKLY! We would prefer to have this finished before the wedding starts if that is at all possible. Thank you for your time!)) Christine sat around a table in a large seemingly mulch-purpose room in the manor. She had been to a couple of weddings in her life, but she'd never been to a bachelorette party before, though she'd heard they were customary before a marriage. She wasn't sure what she should expect, or even if anyone would bother coming. When she and Raoul had initially planned to get married. Several months before when they were still back in Paris, they had planned on something very small – an elopement, really – and so she had never given a thought to it before. She glanced at the clock. The guests – if there were any – should be there rather soon. She's heard from a few people who planned to come, primarily Christine Emilie, who had been wonderful company before, despite the fact that they didn't see eye to eye all of the time.

A Wedding! Oh, how exciting! It's exactly what was needed here at the Manor to liven spirits and morale. The thought could only bring a smile upon her own lips of her own Wedding and greatly wished that the young golden hair young woman and her Fianceé would be happily married.
Moving with graceful haste to a room, gathering herself well before she opened a door and entered the room to see the young woman of whom the Wedding was for. And this Bridal Shower! Gift in hand the Vicomtesse moved to greet the younger woman with a cheerful disposition and a wide grin. "Christine," she nearly snickered in utter delight.

Christine heard someone enter, followed by the sound of a voice saying her name. She looked up and saw the eldest Christine – the one who was married and had a son – enter the room. Her face brightened into a smile and she stood, greeting the other woman.
“Oh! You made it!” she said in delight. “I was beginning to think that no one was coming...” She got up and walked to the woman, beaming, and then motioned to a chair. “ Please, please, have a seat. I'm so happy you're here.”

Greeting the younger woman with a bright smile after setting down the gift. "Oh, banish the thought! I wouldn't miss this for the world!" she smiled and slightly snickered.
Taking a seat that was offered and put her full attention upon the golden hair girl. "Pray tell, what are your thoughts and plans? What is it that you wish of me?" Sitting as proper as possible with hand rested neatly in her lap.

Christine gave a light chuckle in response to the other woman's first statement. “Thank you either way,” she said. And then her smile faded a little into a wince when the rest came.
“I.... I'm not sure, really... I've never been to one of these before. I've been invited to a couple, but there was always some sort o a conflict... ummm.... Would you like some tea? I made a pot...”

Listening to the younger woman and nodding as she sat there with hands in her lap and smiled. "Yes, please. Thank you," continuing to smile.
Thinking a little bit. "I truly understand. If you need any assistance I am here to offer my services," she supposed. Though never really had a Shower or party before her Wedding, but at least she could assist with that perhaps. She admitted, she was mighty curious to see what the golden hair Christine had planned thus far.

“Thank you,” the girl said with a gracious nod,, though she really wasn't known to be one to ask for assistance. She had even refused it from her now fiancé several months before when he had first offered to protect her from Érik.
She went into the kitchen to get the tea tray and pot, and then brought them back into the multi-purpose room. “I' so sorry if it's a bit cold. I can go make a fresh pot if it is...”

She hated to be late for anything and was hoping she was not terribly late for this little fun gathering. Admitting to herself how curious she was to meet those at this little party.
Slipping into the room to see the young Christine she met in the stables standing there and she smiled. "Iced tea sound good actually," stated Maria as she closed the door.

Meg had been a bit shocked when she'd been invited to the blonde Christine's bridal shower, but she couldn't blame her for it either. From what she gathered when they met, she was obviously very lonely before she arrived to the manor, so she probably wanted to snatch up any friends she could get for this party.
As it was, she had been running a little late in fixing her hair. She hadn't put it up in so long it felt a bit refreshing to have it out of her face, but she did keep one strand to twist around her finger, as was habit. In her hands she carried a little present for the girl, just a small brooch that she might wear on her wedding day. She had thought it smart when she went into the village the other day, and had bought it promptly with what little money she'd found lying in her room.
She found the room easily enough as another woman entered. She'd never seen this brown haired woman before, but she most definitely recognized an American accent when she heard it. "Iced tea? I haven't had that in ages!" she exclaimed as she followed her into the room. She smiled at the ladies inside, and smiled a bit brighter--and warier-- when she saw her own Christine. "Good day, ladies! Sorry I'm a bit late!" She patted her hair for good measure.
((OOC: Sorry it's a bit long. I tend to get carried away. Haha!))

Smiling as she watched the younger golden hair Christine leave then come back with cooled tea. Shaking her head but before she could reply, a woman entered the room. Curious about this newcomer since she had not meet her before. As she rose from her chair ready to greet Maria, in entered- "Meg!" Her face and eyes light up at the sight of her old friend and she moved swiftly to the blonde of equal age and offered her hands.
Turning back towards the golden hair Christine and to Maria. "Oh, apologies, to all." Smiling back at Meg then back to everyone else. "Yes, the tea is find, Christine."

The short haired, blonde girl came rushing through the halls. She hated being so terribly late! Roselin wore a soft rose pink, short sleeved shirt. She also wore a white skirt that went just below her knees. Roselin also wore a matching pink, fake rose clip in her hair. And last, but not least, short light pink platform shoes to complete the little semi-formal outfit.
Roselin paused at the door and breathed. Its just a little fun party for the bride.... Oh how exciting all of this was! She had never been to a wedding before... it was going to be quite a wonderful experience. She then jumped into the room. "I am I am Roselin I.. uh.." Her smile had been bright but then had turned into an excited look of awe and her jaw dropped down. She had never seen so many Christines... and a Meg all in one room! And too think... this might not be all who were coming. Fun!

((@leffie – 'tis fine! Knowing how long your posts generally are, it was pretty short in comparison lol ))
A few more guests – The woman she had met in the stables, the blonde woman named Meg whom she had met in the dorms, and the little blonde girl whom she'd met in the ballroom – entered. She held the pot of tea, a bit confused by what they were saying. “Iced tea....?” she repeated, in English, with some question. She'd never heard of such a thing before. Either way though, they seemed to not be opposed to the tea having cooled off, so she painted a smile back on her face and began to pour it out into cups.
She glanced over at a phrasebook she had brought with her earlier and set down on the table. It would seem that she was going to get was going to get quite a bit of use out of it after all... “Welcome. Please sit down.” she continued in English. She had been glancing over the little book for the past few weeks, trying to teach herself some ore English.

Smiling at those who were in the room and those who entered the room after her, waiting and eager for introductions. Only one person in this room she met thus far and now she was meeting more who resided in the Manor. It was quite exciting!
Her mismatched eyes danced from the two women who obviously recognized one another, to the girl that just came in following her and smiled - she was a pretty and darling girl -, then to the golden hair Christine who she met in the stables and smiled. She was speaking English! "You're English is very good, Miss Daaé. Yes, Iced Tea. It's actually good with lemons or sugar." And moved towards a chair, away from the door just in case others would come.

Teressa found the room that the little blonde Christine had told her about. She'd never expected to be invited to anything at all, especially not from a girl that she'd only met once before. She had no idea what to expect, no idea who'd be there, and no idea if she'd know anyone at all...She clutched the little trinket she'd made for Christine, then tentatively opened the door. She hoped that Christine would like the Persian style necklace...it had taken her a week or so to make.
A multitude of unfamiliar women sat there, and Teressa shuddered. She didn't want to answer any questions here, but more than likely, there would be questions...oh dear...She pushed her mask securely against her face and spotted Christine. She bustled over to the girl and held out the parcel.
"Congratulations. I hope you and your fiancè have a happy life together." She smiled slightly. She was being honest, she really did wish the best on the couple. Erik seemed to wish the best for them as well, when she'd told him about it this morning. He had told Teressa that he'd planned to give Christine a little something before she was married as well.

With all the people coming in, Meg began to reconsider her earlier thought that the little Christine didn't have any friends. She'd never met most of these women, but it was nice to have her Christine as a familiar face. She smiled at her and took her hands happily. "Christine!" she said. The voice in the back of her mind repeated. 'Christine... Christine...'
She shook her head only slightly and laughed. "I think you better put ice in it for it to be 'iced' tea, love." She winked, glancing back at Madame de Chagny before gliding toward the young bride and giving her her present. "Congrats! Glad your dream boy is safe and sound!"
She stepped aside and observed the people coming into the room. The little girl with the blonde hair seemed nervous, though she couldn't imagine why unless she felt intimidated by the grown women. There was the American woman she followed in who seemed a bit plucky, and resolved to get to know her later. And then there was... A girl in a mask? That was strange, as the only people in masks she knew around here were Eriks...
