Three.... three horrible, bitter, lonely, and confusing months. He was meant to have taken Christine away from that monster of a masked man, to England. Only to find himself in England and without Christine! It was absolutely miserable.
Raoul had begun making breakfast even though it was quite nearly noon. The last several times he had attempted cooking, he had quite nearly set everything around him aflame. He was determined to not burn it this time, just hopefully it wouldn't be under cooked. He was now much more grateful for his mother, seeing that cooking wasn't just as easy as it looked.
As he cooked the bacon in the pan, a sort of box thing was playing music, someone had apparently left it on after leaving the room, and it played all sorts of strange music. Just before it had played some song by someone named Marina and something, she sang about nonsense such as talking like a machine and repetitively sang 'oh, oh no, oh no, oh no no' which he didn't feel was really music.
Raoul finished and quickly put the bacon on a plate with a fork. He had made enough for others accidental so he split it in half and left the rest on the counter on another plate and took his own to the table with a glass of grape juice. He had discovered this drink his second trip to the kitchen and found it quite tasty. It was sort of like a nonalcoholic version wine. He started to dig into his late breakfasts, finding that he only burnt it a little, making it rather crunchy but much better than his other attempts.

How long he'd been where he was was actually impossible to tell. To tell the truth he hadn't been keeping track on time, he'd been busy with other matters. He still didn't really know what to make of this place. So far he knew that there were multiple women named Christine, all with the surname of Daae. It as all rather curious that they all apparently knew Raouls, that was probably what puzzled Raoul Jacques de Chagny the most.
He'd been walking through the mansion where he turned up after receiving a letter from the 'Opera Ghost' that he was to not see Christine again, when he spelled a rather enticing scent. Bacon. The smell of it took his mind from the strangeness of the mansion to his growling stomach. Although it was almost noon, he could tell from the sunlight falling in through the windows, Raoul hadn't eaten breakfast due to the horrific nightmares controlling his dream world.
How that had stopped him from eating breakfast is unknown.
He entered the kitchen, looking around. There was a box shouting out music in the corner, a man sitting at the table eating bacon and a plate of the food sitting on the counter untouched and quite alone. Raoul cleared his throat a bit, brushing his hair from his face. "Would you mind sharing?" He asked, nodding towards the plate of bacon on the counter, offering a smile in greeting.

He was taken by some surprise when he heard another man's voice ask if he would mind sharing. But then he thought that it would be obvious that someone would want some too if they were to smell it when passing by. After all, it was bacon. He made a slightly dramatic and stiff sweep of his arm with his hand open towards the taken plate. "Not at all, go ahead."
Raoul said before putting his arm back to his side and continuing to eat. The thought hadn't even crossed his mind that this man's name might have been Raoul as well. In fact, he had quite nearly forgotten that there were even people here who almost all shared many similar names. He was always busy being either cooped up in his room that made him feel like he was back in Paris and pretend he wasn't here or out looking for his Christine, constantly worrying about what could be happening with her.
