Okay, time to get down to business. Earlier today, we had a bit of a scuffle that a few of you were unfortunate enough to witness. So, let's go over the general lesson, shall we kiddies?
You must respect all in authority. That means ANY and ALL Admins to the site. Addressing them with respect is a MUST, and failure to comply will result in a warning. After two warnings, all misconduct directed at an Admin will result in expulsion. This doesn't mean that we don't like you, it means that you weren't following the rules laid down and we HAD to enforce them. There is no one who is exempt from this treatment, this is a fair and equal punishment for everyone.
ANY OPINIONS ABOUT THE WORK OF OTHERS, WHETHER IN AN APPLICATION OR IN A THREAD, ARE NOT TO BE DISCUSSED IN THE PUBLIC CHAT BOX. Your opinions are your own, and we at Phantom Manor understand the right to freedom of speech, but nothing entitles anyone to discuss any faults you find of anyone in the public chat box. Therefore, if you absolutely MUST discuss your opinions with anyone, do so in Private Message, Private Chat, OR use the more favourable option of keeping your thoughts to yourself so as to avoid problems with others.
Now that that's been addressed, let's get one thing straight. EVERYTHING YOU SAY HAS AN AFFECT ON OTHERS. SO, DO NOT, FOR THE LOVE OF FAUST, SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT ANYONE ELSE'S CHARACTER IF YOU ARE NOT AN ADMIN OR MODERATOR, AND HAVE AN OKAY TO DO SO AS CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. This means, if you have something negative about a character to say, say so to the admin or moderator closest to you. Seriously, think before you act.
So, my dear children, what have we learned? Respect the Admins, don't discuss any faults of ANYONE on the chat box, and tell a moderator if you simply have too big of a problem with something to keep it in your head. Alright.
