RP Newbie!

[Christine Day]

Hello there!

As you can tell, I play Christine Day from Phantom of the Opera 1989. It's not my real name, but online I go by Rosie so you can call me that. I've been a fan of Phantom of the Opera going on seven years now.

Confession time. I have incredibly little experiencing RPing. I'm not entirely sure how well I will do so please bear with me and be patient. Leffie, Ali, and Izzi have all been friends of mine for a few years now and I wanted to check out their BEAUTIFUL board.

Um... I'm a college student about to enter my third year of college and I am studying English for my major and British Studies for my minor. I'm engaged, and I met him the same place I met Izzi, Ali, and Leffie. I will probably go on and on and on about England because I have recently come back from studying there because it is my favorite place in the world. Let's see... I want to be an author. I love reading. Books are like, my fiancee's competition. I have some odd hobbies, including analyzing things and studying... I'm a bit of a Hermione Granger really, and I am going to school to be a high school English teacher. Not much else to say really that isn't obvious, like how much I love Phantom of anything. So hello to you all!

Hello there, Rosie! Nice to meet you... again! We met briefly when Leffie was showing you the site a while ago, but I disappeared because my power went out. XD Sorry about that. My name is Kristine and I play Christine Daaé (from the 1911 novel by Gaston Leroux), the Siren (an OC from the Leroux ), Carlotta Celestia Giudicelli (from the 1986 musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber), Gustave de Chagny (from Love Never Dies), Christine Svenna Daaé (also from the 1986 musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber), and soon Nathanael Paul Javert (an OC Phantom/OC Ghost character who was one of 1986 Raoul's old shipmates).

I would love to RP with you sometime. I've been role playing for 8 years now, so if you ever need help with something, I'd be happy to help. I'm not much help with technology though, so if you're having board issues, it's best to try asking someone else. XD

I can't wait to RP with Christine Day sometime. I saw you on the other night when you put up your graphics request, but I don't think you saw me in the chat. Sorry no one was on earlier when you were here at 6 am. Early mornings are pretty quiet, especially on the weekends.

Welcome to the wonderful chaos that is Phantom Manor, Rosie. I must say, this is an incredibly fun place! Far exceeding what I had even imagined.

I'm known as Lady B. Been RPing online for nigh a decade and a half in anything from chat rooms and chat lists to forums and MUSHes.
I've several characters on here. One of them being the devilish "bad boy" of the Manor, Erik Destler! So, it shall be an utter delight to have my Phantom's Christine here.
I also play the Vicomtesse de Chagny (aka Love Never Dies Christine), Maria Gianelli from the 1983 version of PotO ( Maria is pretty much the Christine character), a wicked OC Ghost named Josephine, also Mamma Valerius from the 1911 book, and soon my final character who is an OC Villager name Billie Clint (Sam Elliott as the face and voice claim).

No doubt you will do fine here. Just always keep in mind to have fun and write what you feel. You think too much and over analyse, then the words won't flow. I like to think that this is not just writing, but you are Acting and in a way you are! You are progressively typing in not only the words and thoughts of the character, but their behavior and their movements/actions. This truly adds depth to a character this way. But again, remember... this is all for fun.
