Erika is quite a complex character and tends to change her preferences a lot, but if you'd like to plot, here are some starting ideas:
FRIENDS
Erika obviously doesn't make friends very easily, but she has had a lot of time to think about the human nature and when someone is really genuine, she values that greatly. She also likes it when people don't mention her phobias or her past. She does not prepare herself to make very permanent friends, so she doesn't cling to them.
ENEMIES
Obviously, Erika is rightfully bitter toward Nazis and governments in general. In fact, she hates them. So a bigot of any sort or a government figure (king, president, whatever) would not be in her favor. She is also really not a fan of ignorance and thinks innocence is something that is just there to be destroyed, so naive people depress her.
LOVERS
Erika does not really consider herself single. Too soon did Conrad leave her, and her heart still longs for him. If you believe your character could fill the void both he and Kristoffer left in her, have at it, hoss.
