((Okay, so I'm sort of breaking my trend of Leroux titles here with this, but I suppose I can make an exception like I have for event threads XD After all, this is sort of an event, I guess...))
Christine had seen less of her husband, Raoul, recently, and while she knew that he was not ignoring her at all, but simply busy, she could not help but to feel a bit lonely. He'd been working very hard to try to earn enough for them to buy a house of their own, but that meant being away more than she would have liked him to be. Though she knew it wasn't the case at all, at times she felt almost forgotten. This certainly was not what she had imagined that marriage would be like...
She had been wandering a bit around the Manor, with no real destination set in mind. She hoped that, perhaps she would run across one of the other inhabitants who she rather enjoyed the company of: Raoul Christophe, Meg... even Érik (although she had no desire to come across his “wife” again) – anyone to make her feel less alone, really.
She entered the room where she remembered that she'd watched that strange 'movie' with Raoul Christophe de Chagny on his birthday, while the cake was baking. She was actually sort of hoping to find someone there in the room, perhaps using the strange box, but there was no one. Her heart sank a little and she bit her lips. It was just far too quiet lately...
She moved over to the sofa, and sat down, resting her head on the arm. She wished Raoul were there. Sometimes it felt she'd only seen less of him since just after the wedding. She found herself to be so lonely though without him there…
((I am aware the end is fail, but I just want to get this out of my list right now XD))
