Adina smiled and felt a minor blush rise in her cheeks. Lenoir was so gentlemanly and concerned for her wellbeing. She coughed dryly and felt the crashing pain in her skull again, shivering as she bundled up the blankets around her body for warmth. She reached for her tea cup again but saw that it was empty... Her already throbbing head made her face contort in a grimace. Soon the hurting subsided and she relaxed. Her breathing was labored as she tried to sit up properly.
"I.... I am feeling a bit weak," She placed a hand over her breastbone before looking at Lenoir. "I am very- what is the word?- 'achy' and I-I feel very cold but my skin is not cool. Here." She extended her arm for either man to explain what she meant. She was shaking but her skin was not clammy whatsoever; she was experiencing shaky chills which had forced her to bundle the blankets and sheets up more. Her only thoughts were that this was nothing serious.

"So then Adina, your symptoms are that you are weak, achy and cold." She extended her hand for examination. Erik took it and said, "You are shaking and you are definitely cold." He felt her forehead. "Do you have a headache? You appear to have a fever. Do you know if anyone has a thermometer? I have a thermometer down in my home, but it would take me a bit to go there to find it.... perhaps someone here has one...I would like to know exactly how high your temperature is. I do use the drug aspirin, as it is a natural medicine, made from the willow tree. It is useful in bringing down a fever. However, unless the fever is high, it is not bad to let it rage a bit for it kills the invading organism."
"Adina, does your chest hurt and is breathing difficult? Is it difficult to breathe through your nose? Is your throat sore? Tell me if you have any of those symptoms. And let me get you more tea. "Erik felt that the disease was a temporary one and the best they could do was make her comfortable and give her herbs to help her body fight the disease. He was concerned that it could be influenza, but that would have to be discovered with time.
"I will bring you more tea, dear Adina. I shall be back anon." Erik went to the kitchen and made more tea after washing his heads. He had learned that cleanliness in dealing with disease was crucial. He made some cool compresses for her head and then in one of the drawers, found a cooking thermometer. It was larger than his own, and it went up much higher, of course, but it would do the trick. He washed that too and put the tea, compresses and thermometer on a tray and brought them into the dining room. He asked her to place the large thermometer under her tongue and he placed the cool compresses on her forehead. He sat near her and waited for several minutes to see if a fever would show itself.

Billie just sat there in the chair watching Lenoir try to be a doctor, his arms folded over his chest while sitting back to be a little more comfy. There was not much he could do at this point since Lenoir was so very insistent upon caring for Adina. Unfortunately Billie was not about to argue with Lenoir about this situation. He'll let it play out and hopefully Lenoir will be proven wrong, praying that Adina won't be the one paying for the masked man's mistake and ego.
Watching Lenoir leave the room, Billie then returned his gaze back to Adina. Just... watching her. He was no doctor but observing her would also help to understand if this was major or minor. Still he believed it was best for Adina to take her to the Hospital so she can get the proper care. Of course Billie was concerned. Last time that Ana had downplayed an illness, she was in the hospital for days and could have died! Billie simply remained grounded where he was. It would take a lot for him to move from where he sat.
